Actually, exercising and fasting can go together without causing any harm to the body. I have done some research where Dr. Javaid Shah, Physician Specialist in Dubai said exercise while fasting may actually keep out brain, neuro-motors and muscle fibers biologically young. Sooooo..... RAMADHAN DAILY WORKOUT
πDont' forget to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water during non-fasting hours.
πEnsure to get enough sleep or consider napping to allow your body to rest and prevent fatigue.
π Eat nutritious meal to keep body energised.
Ladies and gentlemen, do not push yourself too hard or else you will burn out and fast. You must always listen to what your body is trying to tell. Your energy may vary from day to day, so you need to accept and adapt to it.
