1) Terengganu
Has been popularly known as the Land of Turtles, many turtle species such as Leatherback come to nest on its beaches each year. Although, fishing has always been their main economic activity. Terengganu is home to a diverse and close-knit society, where people are friendly and charm that exuberantly warmth and grace, with strong moral values. People of different races share the bonds of neighboorhood, a strong liking for local food and speak the same local dialect. It was popular with their "kerepok lekor" as well.

     A) Pasar Payang.
It is located on the side of Terengganu River and it is most well-known tourism destination in Kuala Terengganu. In this Pasar, it offers various kinds of traditional handcraft products such as Batik, Silk cloth, Songket, metal product and fresh vegetables.

     B) Crystal Mosque.
The mosque is located in the Islamic Heritage Park in Terengganu. According to Wonderful Malaysia website that have been established on 2017, this mosque took two years to be built from 2016 -2008. It was only opened to the public on 8th February 2008 by the 13th Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin of Terengganu.
As for me, this mosque has its own uniqueness which coated with steel, glass and crystal.

     C) Drawnbridge.
It is the first drawbridge built in Malaysia & Southeast Asia. Its design was inspired by London Tower Bridge in London. Basically, the drawbridge allow users to cut their travelling time between Sultan Mahmud Airport as well as University Malaysia Terengganu and Kuala Terengganu by about 15 minutes.  I love the view at night because it full of lights.

     D) Beach of The Old Ugly Stone.

HOME GARDENING IS GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH 🌻🌼

Hello I'm back 🀞🏻
So I want to share something about Gardening. Basically, gardening is not just about making your house look good. Caring for plants can also do wonders for your own wellbeing, an abundance of scientific research suggest. Did you know that gardening such as pulling weeds & planting flowers can cause you to burn 200-400 calories peroly  hour? Gardening is not only gardening but it can be as effective form of workout & benefits to your mental health. So... What are the 5 reasons why gardening is good for you? Let's go ❗❗

My niece & her favourite flowers.

🌻 Burns Calories.
As I mentioned earlier, gardening can be a workout activities but depends on what you do and for how long. A simple 1 hour of gardening could help you to burn up to 330 calories. I have done some research, accoording to The National Institute of Health recommends 30-45 minutes of gardening for three to five times per week. This could be a perfect solution for those not wanting to visit the gym. πŸ˜‚
Every weekend, me & my mom spending time together in here.

🌻 Stress Relief.
Gardening is a form of exercise which good for you as it helps to release endorphins hormone. This hormone helps to make people feel satisfied & relaxed. I have read on an article which the level of a  stress hormone in your brain called cortisol could be reduced through gardening. It also can reduce symptoms of depression & anxiety.

Having this beautifully blooming purple orchid absolutely will reduce my tension.

🌻 Can make you Happy.
Gardening can make someone happy? Is it true? As for me, absolutely yes hehe.πŸ˜‰ Getting dirt under your nails πŸ’…πŸ» while digging in the ground can make you extremely happy. In fact, a healthy bacteria lives in soil can increase levels of serotonin & reduce anxiety. But what is serotonin actually? Serotonin is a happy chemical, a natural anti-depressant and strengthens the immune system. I've never heard about this before, so I've decided to do some research about it and all of us has gained new knowledge.
Beautiful isn't? I was so pleased to see this vibrant flower in the blossom.

🌻 Give you Boost of Vitamin D.
As I told you, workout/exercise can be replaced with gardening. So, a healthy dose of Vitamin D will increase your calcium levels which benefits your bones & immune systems. Other than that, exposure to sunlight 🌞 helped older adults like my mum achieve adequate amounts of Vitamin D but don't forget to apply sunscreen.

Each morning, my mom's going to water the flowers and fertilize them.

🌻 Free Anger Therapy.
Gardening is the best therapy to get rid your anger. I said what I said. If you have experienced a bad day, just simply grabbing a shovel and doing some heavy digging or drastic prunning. Distracting yourself from your life's stress through gardening is an excellent technique because this activity is connected to growth and renewal. You can try by yourself and know how does it feels. πŸ˜‡

Seeing these beautiful white flowers will make me happy after battling or angry at someone else.

These are the reason why I enjoyed gardening. It helps me a lot in this tough life. If you're having a bad day, don't worry because you can spend your time wisely by doing this useful activity. It's worth your time, money, energy and your entire life. Happy gardening peeps. See you guys again. πŸ‘©πŸ»‍🌾

Hai Assalamualaikum peeps πŸ₯°
Today's topic is about breast cancer. As we all know, breast cancer is the common cancer in women. Let me tell you, Breast Cancer is a disease in which cells in the breast grow out of control. It depends on which cells in the breast turn into cancer. A breast is made up of three main parts:

  1. Lobules
  2. Ducts
  3. Connective tissue.

The lobules are the glands that produce milk. The ducts are tubes to carry milk to the nipple. The connective tissue (consist fibrous & fatty tissue) surrounds and holds everything together. So, most of the breast cancer begin in the ducts or lobules. It can spread outside he breast through blood vessels and lymph vessels. Next, we go through the symptoms of breast cancer.

Symptoms of Breast Cancer
Breast pain can be a symptoms of breast cancer. For your information, different people have different symptoms and some people might do not have any signs or symptoms at all. Scary isn't it? Keep in mind that these symptoms can happen with other conditions that are not cancer. If you have any signs or sy mptoms that worry you, be sure to see your doctor right away.
Some warning sign of breats cancer are:

  • New lump in the breast or underarm (armpit)
  • Thickening or swelling of part of the breast.
  • Irritation or dimpling of breast skin.
  • Redness or flaky skin in the nipple area or the breast.
  • Pulling in of the nipple or pain in the nipple area.
  • Nipple discharge other than breast milk, including blood.
  • Any change in the size or the shape of the breast.
  • Pain in any area of the breast.

What are the Risk Factors?
Being a woman and getting older are the main risk factors for breast cancer. Because most of it are found in women who are 50 years old or older. It can be divided into cannot change and can change.

Risk Factos You cannot Change.

How to do a breast self-examiation?

Before that, I'm really sorry because these photos might be improper to see. But, in the future, it's very important for women out there. So, there are five steps you need to take:

1)
Begin by looking at your breas in the mirror with your shoulders straight and your arms on your hips.
And then you should you look for:
  • Breast that are in usual size, shape, and color.
  • Breast that are evenly shaped without visible distortion or swelling.
Consult to a doctor when you see you breast have:
  • Dimpling, puckering, or bulging of the skin.
  • A nipple that has changed position or an inverted nipple.
  • Redness, soreness, rash, or swelling.

2 & 3)
Now, raise your arms abd look for the same changes.
While you're at the mirror, look for any signs of fluid coming out of one or both nipples (could be watery, milky, yellow fluid or blood)

4)
Feel your left breast while lying down using right hand and left hand to feel righ breast. Use a firm, smooth touch with the first few finger pad of your hand, keeping the fingers flat and together. Use a circular motion, about the size of a quarter.

5)
Last but not least, feel your breasts while you are standing or sitting. Many women find that the easiest way to feel their breast is when their skin is wet and slipery, so thet like to do this step in the shower. So, cover your entire breast using the same hand movements described in step 4. Now you know how to check your breast at home. Ladies, please make this as a routine because the more you examine, the more you will learn about them and the easier it will become for you to tell if something has changed. Do at least once a month πŸ—“ So, I end my writing with a quote "The Best Protection is Early Detection"
